Pat - Owner/Manager
Pat is the owner and manager of North Star Sports and the one who started it all. With a lifelong passion for bikes and the outdoors, she built the shop from the ground up and has helped shape it into what it is today. She continues to share her experience, knowledge, and love for riding with the team and customers.
Jay - Manager
Jay is a seasoned veteran manager at North Star Sports and has been part of the shop for years, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and on the floor. He’s deeply involved in the day-to-day operations and is always around to help customers and the crew alike.
J.P. - Manager, Sales Extraordinaire
JP is the glue that holds North Star Sports together! He's the person we turn to for help on warranties, finding specialty bikes around the world, and just about anything that the rest of the store can't solve. Catch JP and his best bud Taco around the store or volunteering with Passion 4 Paws on his days off.
Pete - Manager, Sales Extraordinaire
Pete is a born-and-raised Vermonter who has seen it all, from skiing chest deep powder and biking world-famous trails to living in a submarine while in the Navy. His light-hearted nature and constant humor keeps everyone in the shop laughing and he'll always be the first to let you know how awesome your dog is!
Gabe - Shop Manager
From Underhill, VT, Gabe somehow finds time to come into the shop and work in between all of the riding he does. Not only is he photogenic but he's an aspiring photographer too! Find him at the next VMBA event, Bolton Valley Bike Park, or on any of the countless trails around Vermont!
Jack - Bike Technician
A rock climbing guru who spends much of his free time outdoors, always looking for the next climb or trail to take on. He also knows his way around a bike and enjoys getting out for a ride whenever he can, whether it’s on local trails or anywhere the terrain gets interesting.
Quinn - Sale Associate, Content Creator
Sam - Bike Technician
Owen is a recent graduate from the University of Vermont who spends much of his time outdoors and taking advantage of everything Vermont has to offer. Whether he’s fixing bikes in the shop or out riding them on the trails, he’s always staying active and making the most of his time outside.
